Half Term fun with a difference

Blackgang Chine and Robin Hill Country Park, the Island’s leading tourist attractions, have lots of additional exciting activity to entertain visitors every day during May half term, 28 May – 5 June, 10am – 6pm. Plus, with ‘unlimited 7 day returns’ and all the additional activity included within every ticket, visitors are guaranteed a great value, full week of fun. And if you can’t decide which park to visit then why not save money with a joint park ticket.

Blackgang Chine
Why not mosey on down to Blackgang Chine’s Cowboy Town this May half term for some real ‘wild west’ shenanigans. Watch out for the outlaws, Rattlesnake Jake and his gang on the run from Sheriff Roscoe D Johnson, as they roam the town interacting with visitors and causing trouble.

Our explosive Cowboy Showdown returns bigger and better than ever – so you may want to take cover when the action hots up for the live performances which take place twice a day. We’re talking ‘real’ shoot outs, ‘live’ explosives, and a bank robbery! And when the town eventually calms down, improve your skills at our cowboy training school where you can learn how to improve your ‘quick draw’ shooting skills!

Throughout the day … watch out for our roaming Dodo and Dino characters causing mischief in the park and our wandering singing Deputy – yee haw! Plus there’s a BBQ serving real cowboy food to keep you satisfied whilst you’re fighting off the outlaws and saving the town!

Enjoy a rootin’ tootin’ time for the whole family at Blackgang Chine this May half term.

Robin Hill
On your marks …. Get set …. SQUAWK! Come and join our cheeky squawk birds, Bonita and Diaz, as they host the Squawks Olympics this May half term at Robin Hill – an exciting programme of team games taking place every day from 12 noon – 4pm. Let the games begin!

Back by popular demand, our Squawks Splash Attack! Be prepared for some good old fashioned – but organised – ‘water bomb battles’, and test your catching skills with our water balloons challenge.

Then join Team Bonita or Team Diaz and bounce your way through the Squawks Hopper Challenge before tackling the giant inflatable Squawks Knockout obstacle course! The best fun ever!

‘Participation in the Squawks Olympics is free but numbers will be limited for safety. Visitors are also encouraged to bring suitable clothing that they don’t mind getting wet and towels to dry off – although a limited number of towels will be provided for those who come a little less prepared!’

As well as our ‘Squawks Olympics’ activities, there will be daily falconry displays, a BBQ plus all our park rides and attractions to enjoy too.

So for lots of great fun and games for the whole family this May half term, why not come and enjoy some squawking good fun for all the family!
